Growing up in Sonoma County, my roots run deep in this vibrant community—a place I've always proudly called home. As a young competitor, I channeled my hometown pride into pocket billiards, dedicating countless hours to mastering my craft. My efforts paid off when I brought several national championships back to Sonoma County. Representing our community at such a high level instilled in me an enduring sense of pride and connection that has profoundly shaped my personal and professional journey.

After spending a decade immersed in Las Vegas' renowned culinary scene, I found a deep appreciation  and love for the art of exceptional cuisine. Upon returning to Sonoma County, I saw a culinary void waiting to be filled: an authentic, crispy-edged smashburger. Driven by a passion for delicious simplicity, I founded my burger pop-up to bring this exceptional taste experience to the hometown community I cherish. Each burger represents my life's journey—local pride, culinary craftsmanship, and a genuine desire to share something extraordinary.
